Events May 10, 2011
If you’re not already in the door at the UW School of Forest Resources waiting for the Water seminar to start (8:30am, room 223 Anderson Hall, UW campus), you still have two chances to listen to some science and tech-minded people today:
- Lunch at CityClub: Science education in the 21st century. For $30 including lunch or $18 for just coffee, you get to listen to winners of the local 2011 Science Education Advocate Award discuss science education.
- Dinnertime (7:30-9:00pm) with the Science Series: Robert Vamosi on the Dark Side of Technology. $5 on brownpapertickets.com or at the door.
Both events Downstairs at Town Hall, enter on Seneca Street, 1119 Eighth Avenue Seattle, WA 98101.
