Welcome, Pharyngulates!
I hope this is the correct word for Pharyngula readers. Welcome!
If you’re local to the Pacific Northwest, especially Seattle, you may be interested in the calendar of local science and tech-related events that are open to the public. It’s a bit more sparse in the summer, but there’s still a lot going on.
And in any case, I hope you stick around and talk to me. Check out some stuff about the unlikelihood of ESP, the purpose of “wasteful” robot research, a long tribute to Spirit, and some unscientific musings about affect and realism.
I’ve subscribed to your RSS feed. It’s nice to see good science writing coming from closer to home! Thanks to PZ for the link.
Thank you! Hopefully I’ll have interesting things to say.
